I wouldn’t recommend Disputes Mediation for Family Mediation unless the parents involved come already in agreement on the points they want formally discussed and you simply require an hour to get the MIIAM report. The sessions were careless, letting the other party ramble on and verbally attack me without having a word in edgewise, allowing me to be further emotionally abused within the sessions. Matters we needed to resolve were checklists that were tried to rush through within the scheduled session. Requests were made to have more time and care, an agenda and multiple sessions to resolve the issues and we were told to ask the mediator in the session- very poor structure and planning.
